Stadiums, venues and promoters are increasingly adopting a ‘no bags’ or ‘small bags’ policy at events of all sizes to encourage a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

MÒR Events and Crexcell have been working in partnership for the last than 5 seasons to successfully deliver the oversized baggage operation for all fixtures and concerts at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium in support of the 'small bags only’ policy.

What started as part of Manchester City’s Counter Terrorism (CT) plans is now firmly established as a valued customer service offer. Allowing fans to securely store bags, suitcases, cameras, and children’s buggies close to the stadium in a club-affiliated store while they enjoy the match or show

Since 2019 we have also provided the service at Murrayfield Stadium, Hampden Park, The Co-Op Live Arena, Manchester, and in Edinburgh as mourners paid their respects to the late Queen Elizabeth II.  

We have developed and continue to refine an efficient baggage management system and can offer a turnkey service to support an event baggage policy with minimal resource, cost or inconvenience to the venue, club or organiser.
